Offered on a regular basis, LitArts RI's popular podcast trainings are an introduction to podcasting for anyone looking to launch a show. The class will provide a look at the steps to creating a podcast, from ideation and planning to creation and publishing. Participants will get hands on experience with audio equipment in the Podcast Studio.  (Alex Birch photo credit: Adrianne Mathiowetz)

Propose a Program

LitArts RI holds an open call for craft workshop proposals in the fall and spring of each year for the following term. Find program specifics, proposal form and compensation details here.

Partner event proposals are taken on a rolling basis, and we are always happy to hear from local creative professionals interested in sharing professional expertise outside of a writing workshop setting.

You may also hold a book launch or other promotional event with a partner bookstore at LitArts RI by purchasing our Author Event Package.
